An itinerary is more than a list of stops. Ask how each transfer will work, what a typical travel day involves and where you will stay. Keep arrival and departure days realistic. If a journey includes a domestic flight or a long drive, discuss what happens if timing changes.

Read the quotation carefully

Check the pricing basis: per person, per tour or per day. Ask which accommodation, meals, transport, entry costs and guiding services are included. A blank price on a tour page means that an individual quotation is needed. Request the final itinerary, payment schedule and cancellation conditions in writing before paying.

Share useful details

Tell the team your group size, travel dates, preferred pace and any requirements that affect your plans. For a walking itinerary, describe your previous experience and the kind of day you enjoy. You do not need to send passport documents or sensitive information in an initial website inquiry.

Confirm the final arrangements
