Inquiries and confirmation

The tours on this website describe proposed travel itineraries. An inquiry or booking request does not reserve a place or confirm a trip. We confirm availability, the agreed itinerary and the final quotation in writing.

Prices and inclusions

Where displayed, prices are in US dollars and use the pricing basis shown on the tour. A tour without a published price requires an individual quotation. Your written quotation specifies accommodation, transport, guiding, meals, permits and any exclusions. Do not assume a service is included unless it appears in that quotation.

Payments, changes and cancellation

The payment schedule, accepted payment method, cancellation terms and any applicable refund conditions must be agreed in writing before you confirm a booking or make a payment. Contact the team before changing your travel arrangements. This website does not collect payment-card details.

Travel arrangements

Routes and activities depend on local access, weather, transport and other conditions. Discuss your experience, fitness, special requirements and expectations with the team before agreeing to a journey. Confirm current entry requirements and suitable travel insurance independently before departure.
